We are currently looking for highly creative professional designers with individual style, a keen eye for detail and extremely high standards of work.
Working on all elements of front end website design such as corporate ID, page layouts, GUI and animations, the ideal candidate will be fluent in Photoshop/Fireworks/Illustrator/Flash, and a good knowledge of HTML/CSS/Actionscript would be advantageous. A background in graphic design would be a bonus.
Excellent client facing and communication skills are a must, as well as good time management and self-motivation

Project Manager
We are looking to take on a web project manager, to work with our highly skilled digital team on delivering complex and engaging web solutions.

- To manage projects efficiently and effectively so that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the client's satisfaction.
- To manage projects so that client requirements and client deadlines are met.
- To communicate proactively and effectively with both clients and colleagues.
- To aid production efficiency by shielding the developers from unnecessary interruption.
- To identify and take opportunities to sell added value features and services to clients.

Junior Support Engineer
We are currently looking for a Junior Support Engineer to work within our busy hosting team.
The job will involve dealing with our many varied clients on a day to day basis, and helping them through any technical problems they might have. This can range from basic email setup, to more advanced issues with websites or email servers. You will be expected to handle problems where possible, and escalate issues to senior members of staff when necessary. You will also assist the two internal development teams with the setup of development and live websites, using our custom internal systems. Some light support of internal IT will be required from time to time.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn, and be willing to continue their learning in their own time. You will have a good working knowledge of computers in general, and an interest in the internet. In exchange for hard work and a flexible approach to working hours, you will receive training in some of the more advanced technical aspects of the internet, server hosting and IT in general. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career as an engineer.
Desired skills:
- Good telephone manner.
- Previous knowledge of windows platform.
- Knowledge of E-Mail protocols (POP3/SMTP/IMAP) and setup of accounts on multiple platforms (Windows/MacOSX/iOS/Android) .
- Understanding of basic DNS principals.
- And knowledge of windows hosting would be a big advantage.
- Any programming experience would also be an advantage.
