Fat Media houses its servers in a dedicated server centre in the UK. Every server enjoys a connection to the backbone of the Internet. This is a fully redundant Tier 1 connection so customers never experience slow-down or service interruptions to connectivity.

There is a fully redundant power system. In the case of a power outage, the power to these servers is automatically switched to a diesel generator capable of running the data centre for 30 days.

Our backup policies mean that your data can be backed up in a separate UK data centre and have no impact at all on the server’s bandwidth.
