Reporting to the Director of Strategy, this role is pivotal in our 2020 growth strategy. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Strategy team and bolster our delivery and UX consultation services for our Reading Room clients. You’ll be working with some of the very best names across our primary business sectors: Health and Wellbeing, Government and Charity / Not for Profit  

Essential Skills: 

  • 3 years + experience delivering UX consultation and strategy for enterprise level clients 
  • Expert knowledge of User Centred Design (UCD) principles and best practice application 
  • Demonstrable experience in advising on and creating Conversion Optimisation (CRO) strategies for large-scale brands
  • 4 years + demonstrable experience with front end frameworks - JS, Node JS, React etc
  • Expert knowledge of Google tag manager 

Essential Skills: 

  • Industry recognised certification - Neilson or similar 
  • Ability to create clickable prototypes and wireframes such as AXURE, InDesign etc.
  • Experience running stakeholder workshops to c-suite 
  • Ability to travel frequently as the role dictates

Nice to have’s 

  • Experience of managing a team of UX specialists
  • Front end development back story  
  • In-depth knowledge of Charity and NFP, NHS or Government sectors – bringing idea’s and best practice to our clients
  • Knowledge of GDS principles and application 
  • Experience of Service Design Principles
