Getting Fatter - Fat Media Acquire Ronin Development Corporation
We are excited to announce the acquisition of the highly respected market research business, Ronin Development Corporation, which works with clients both in the UK and internationally from its London base.
On selling the business out of administration as a going concern, Ian Robert, Joint Administrator and Head of Business Recovery and Insolvency at Kingston Smith & Partners LLP said; "We are delighted to complete a transaction that preserves virtually all the 200 or so experienced jobs involved in this business, which has over 30 years’ heritage in the field."
“The move will see a seamless transition to the Fat Media Group, protecting long-established supplier and key customer relationships, and should enable a return to creditors as part of this process."
The acquisition marks an exciting time for the Fat Media Group which further consolidates its full service brand positioning. With Ronin Development’s expertise in market research and data collection, the group can now further enhance each customer experience currently offered as part of their digital marketing journey, including more in-depth customer mapping for clients which is integral to the process.
