At Lancaster Coldstore it is all about keeping things cool, so here at Fat Media we want to make sure our brand new user friendly website does just that. With newly integrated tracking systems to ensure customers can check the progress of their orders and deliveries quickly and easily online, alongside a host of other extra features we’re pretty confident it creates the impact our client was looking for.

One of the important aspects showcased within the site design was an insight into the brand personality and the team behind Lancaster Coldstore. The company offers a range of services from temperature controlled delivery and collection throughout the EU and beyond, to storage, packing and distribution solutions. We wanted to accurately reflect both the range of services and also the client’s passion for customer care and attention to detail which has seen them win an ISO 9001 accreditation.

The ‘about us’, ‘meet the team’ and ‘latest news’ pages also introduce the faces behind the company, with an added online newsletter sign up tool which allows customers to register for regular updates from Lancaster Coldstore.

In terms of development innovations, the site highlights and simplifies three important customer actions within the design - Haultech tracking, stock checking and a quick enquiry request, all of which are available through integrated contact forms.

The user friendly nature of the site and the simple navigation structure present an informative, responsive tool for Lancaster Coldstore and their customers going forward.
