Servisair Lifts Off with New Website
Passengers looking for a more relaxing and stress-free airport experience now have the perfect online gateway to executive lounge facilities.
Fat Media has just launched a high-quality, user friendly new website for the global aviation services provider, Servisair.
The project had three main objectives:
•To create an attractive and accessible website for customers to view lounges and make bookings
•To provide a customer services module for Servisair staff
•To develop a module for Servisair’s call centres across the UK
One of the major targets for the website was to increase traffic and booking conversions. To achieve this we’ve created an intuitive checkout process that adheres to e-commerce best practice guidelines.
We’ve also added a quick-book widget that is positioned prominently throughout the website.
Just like the Servisair lounges provide an enhanced and stress-free airport experience for passengers, we’ve ensured the user journey throughout the website is also as smooth as possible.
Customers can go direct to a specific lounge page in one click via the mega-menu from the top navigation. They can also navigate to a lounge by country and airport.
The lounges pages include interactive galleries and graphical icons to represent the facilities offered.
To help reduce the amount of customer service queries we’ve also developed a comprehensive FAQ system.
The website is also multi lingual and offers prices in multiple currencies.
The customer services module allows Servisair staff to view and amend customer orders with ease.
