Fat Media's Viral NHS Campaign Wins 'Best New Media' Campaign


 
We are delighted to announce that Fat Media’s viral game for the NHS, 'Fanny and Jonny's Big Night Out' won gold at the Association of Healthcare Communicators Awards.
 
The viral game, developed for the NHS YorSexualHealth partnership, won the ‘Best New Media' category and was heralded as 'an innovative, engaging and cost-effective way to capture the attention of a hard to reach target audience'.
 
The game also had national press coverage and resulted in a 600% increase in website traffic as well as tens of thousands of game plays.
 
Fat Media’s Creative Director, Dominic Williams comments,

The Fat Media team successfully delivered a risqué concept which we knew would ruffle a few feathers and create a buzz. A fun and addictive viral campaign of this nature was needed to get in front of a young audience and the balance worked.’’
