Website upgrade for Servisair

What could be better than knowing you are booked into a luxurious airport lounge to relax before your flight? 

For Servisair customers this experience has just got even more impressive, thanks to a complete upgrade of the current website which offers a host of new features to compliment the booking process.

The team at Fat Media worked to develop the site’s user experience and created a fully responsive website with an intuitive checkout across multi-platform devices, including mobile, which represents a key percentage of site visitors.

The customer account area now allows Servisair customers to view all of their bookings, amend details and view help desk tickets.  Within the account area they can also cancel or amend bookings and add optional extras; all of which is seamlessly integrated into the checkout process.

When the initial site launched in 2013 it was designed with style and service in mind to fully showcase the airport lounge experience. Just like Servisair Lounges, it is crucial that the website provides an enhanced and stress free experience, something which has always been a key objective of the project.

We are delighted to have been able to continue developing the platform; as Servisair launch more ‘Aspire’ lounges at airports across the UK it is a great time to introduce new and exciting features to the online booking service.
