Arty Fundraiser for Fat Media Children’s Charity



One of the charities supported by Fat Media is benefiting from a major fundraising initiative, featuring a showcase of artistic talents.

Fat Media created a dedicated new website – www.lifelovehope.co.uk - and supporting leaflets for an exhibition and auction to raise funds for Zoe’s Place, a network of hospices that care for babies with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.

Zoe’s Place welcomes babies from all over the UK and has hospices in Liverpool, Middlesbrough and Coventry. It relies of donations from the public, corporate partners and grant-making trusts to provide the £1m a year needed to give 24/7 care to up to 50 babies and their families.

The “Life, Love, Hope” exhibition, running until July 10 at the Contemporary Urban Centre, Greenland Street, Liverpool features different artistic styles including some lovely work by Zoe’s Place children themselves.  

It has been organised by Ellen Martin in memory of Pauline Ball, a friend of Zoe’s Place. All funds raised, including bids to a silent auction for the artwork, will go straight to the hospice.

Dom Williams, Fat Media’s creative director, said: “The Fat Media team is proud to sponsor the Live, Love, Hope exhibition and to help raise money for such a worthy cause as Zoe’s Place.

“The opening day was a great success and over £1,000 has already been raised which is a fantastic achievement. We hope the website and flyers we provided helped contribute towards this, and more to come.”
