TWA Hotel is an airport hotel based in the busy New York JFK airport. The state-of-the-art building contains 512 first-class guest rooms, the world’s biggest hotel gym, a selection of restaurants, bars, retail outlets, and a whole lot more.
TWA Hotel approached us to help create a bespoke booking system that offered its guests the option to book a room on an hourly basis. The existing system only offered the option for overnight bookings, meaning that guests looking for hourly stays were left having to pay the higher overnight rates – having a negative impact on occupancy rates.
Our goal was to build a bespoke booking system that allowed guests to book a room on an hourly basis and help increase these occupancy rates for TWA Hotel – one of their primary key performance indicators.
