Named after their two daughters Charlotte and Ella, Charella Gardens is a traditional family-run company dedicated to providing top quality plants at reasonable prices. After being in the high street retail sector for 15 years, Charella Gardens contacted Fat Media to develop a specialist online plant store to help them grow their business.
Using a mobile first response, Fat Media developed a new e-commerce website for Charella Gardens. By clearly presenting the reworked brand identity and company USPs, Fat Media helped Charella Gardens to inspire and engage customers on site. Ensuring that digital was at the forefront, Fat Media helped to drive users to the website and developed a design which retained them on site through to conversion.
