Our latest project with Jessops was to redesign and develop their core ecommerce site. This was no small task, given the volume of products and prominence of the brand. So, we began with a thorough user experience phase to understand the customer journey of various stakeholders and user groups.
The design focused on improving the navigation and check out process. We reduced the use of black on the homepage to create a brighter look and feel, focusing on high quality images which of course are vital in a photography site!
The site is built on a custom content management system to enable the Jessops team to edit and create new pages, and manage all content with ease.
