Fat Media were appointed by the Duchy of Lancaster to look at opportunities to market and promote Lancaster Castle as a tourist attraction and increase revenues from all viable sources.
After significant market research, initial work involved us creating a brand identity for the castle based on the famous Duchy of Lancaster shield which was quickly followed by the development of an all new commercial website developed to meet the information needs of a wide variety of target audiences. This was followed by the roll out of new signage, promotional materials and tactics designed to raise brand awareness, generate consumer interest and drive visits.
Fat Media also carried out a wide variety of photography in support of the various marketing assets developed by the agency.
