To make this happen, we ran a comprehensive user experience phase, including persona development, user journey mapping, stakeholder workshops and site usage analysis. The resulting report enabled us to make data-driven recommendations on how the new website should be structured, to the benefit of all users.
We put this insight into practice on The Christie's brand new site, and continue to monitor the results and make ongoing improvements.
