We are proud to announce that Fat Media are celebrating after being shortlisted in the Prolific North Awards 2016. The fourth annual holding of these awards will recognise outstanding talent and campaigns in the creative and media industries across the North.
Almost 300 entries were received from a wide variety of companies, organisations and institutions. However, when the shortlist was announced on March 18, Fat Media were the only agency from Lancashire named in the Large Digital Agency category.
The two-stage process that determined the shortlist was judged by an esteemed panel of industry leaders and experts, which included Richard Frediani, Senior Programme Editor for ITN, and Nina Aggarwal, MD and co-founder of brand and innovation agency, Fusion Learning.
Fat Media’s co-founder and Client Services Director John French said on being shortlisted; “We’re delighted to have made the finals for such a prestigious award, it’s testament to the outstanding work delivered for clients over the last 12 months”.
Last year’s Prolific North Awards saw 750 people come together for the sector’s biggest gathering and celebration of talent outside London. Meanwhile, this year’s awards will be held at The Point at Lancashire County Cricket Club on Thursday April 28, and will, for the first time, be presented by comedian, actor, writer and radio presenter Justin Moorhouse.
