The Big Picture
Our challenge was to increase footfall across the hotel network in the New Year (when sales were seasonally at a low), by engaging those who attended Christmas parties during December.
An instant win slot machine game was hosted on large touch screens at the hotels during Christmas parties, as well as being promoted online through email, and social media. By playing, party-goers were in with a chance of winning 2-4-1 vouchers for various Hallmark packages (such as afternoon tea for two), redeemable in January only.
