This week we are jointly celebrating with our good friends at KRPR after scooping silver at the CIPR PRide awards for our client, Pork Farms.
We worked together to launch and execute the UK’s inaugural Board Games Championships 2016 which was recognised with a silver award in the Best Consumer Relations Campaign category.
Jess Dick, account director at Fat Media who collected the award on the night said: “The Board Games Championship was the brainchild of our agency partners, KRPR and we were delighted to be able to support the initiative earlier this year with our digital and creative teams.”
“The four month campaign was executed in conjunction with the Micro Pub Association as well as a leading board game manufacturer and the various tactics used throughout the campaign meant that we were engaging with the community across many channels; we literally left no stone unturned in implementing this campaign and we are delighted it has received this recognition.”
Kara Rose, managing director of KRPR, said: “We’re truly thrilled that the campaign has been recognised at such a prestigious awards ceremony within the PR sector.
“The category had such an impressive list of finalists we really weren’t sure which way it would go on the night. We had everything crossed and are thrilled with the award which really reflects all the hard work that both teams put in to achieve the results they did.”
This year marked the 13th anniversary of the CIPR PRide awards which took place on Thursday, November 3 at The Midland Hotel in Manchester.
The CIPR PRide Awards recognise the outstanding talents and achievements of public relations practitioners across the UK’s regions and nations.
